On November 27, 2012, the City Commission approved an agreement between the City of Dania Beach and the Broward County for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project known as the 39th Year – Oasis Neighborhood Improvement Project. The 39th Year CDBG Agreement has been approved by the County in the amount of $155,442.00 for this project. The CDBG funding will be used for the purchase and installation of landscaping, pavers, drainage, street lighting and signage along NE 2nd Avenue and NE 1st Court, between Northeast 1st Street and Northeast 2nd Street. |
